Cancellation Policy
**Booking Policy** At Infinite Mindset Therapy, we value your time, your healing, and your commitment to growth. To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for all clients, we ask that you please review our booking guidelines: - **Session Scheduling**: All appointments must be booked in advance via our online portal or by direct request. We offer flexible time slots to accommodate your schedule. - **Cancellation & Rescheduling**: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may incur a fee, as your reserved time could have supported another client. - **No-Show Policy**: Missed appointments without notice may be subject to the full session fee. We understand that life happens—please reach out if you’re unable to attend. - **Payment & Invoicing**: Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. We accept major payment methods and offer superbills for out-of-network insurance reimbursement. - **Consultations**: New clients are encouraged to book a free 15-minute consultation to explore fit, goals, and session structure. - **Confidentiality & Safety**: All sessions are conducted in a secure, confidential environment. Your privacy and emotional safety are our top priority.
